to make the languages folder export it is adding a line to the
export.php for the languages folder (but telling it not to export the
sub folders with the php in).
The reason I've not touched it, is because the export function also
needs to have the JMOL and mapstraction files added to it, or some way
of detecting if that is required. But this to me raises an issue of
template profiles.
