Update: right-click and select the Flash option "Show All" and the IE
zoom appears to behave properly.

Same thing happening to me. Zoom settings seem to change the view port,
but doesn't resize the Flash output. If I change Zoom to 125% the Xerte
content doesn't get larger, I just get gray regions added on the right
and bottom.

Has anyone else seen his issue? I've seen it a couple of times but can't
replicate it to find out what's going on.
