[Xerte] Video files not displaying

Hi

Any help with the following problems would be most appreciated.

I am in the process of testing a new server install of Xerte. I have been unable to get any uploaded videos to work. I can select a video which seems to upload ok. After selecting the video I want to use, the Video File address box shows "FileLocation +'media/filename.flv'". When I select the preview icon the message 'You must select media before you can preview it' appears. If I 'Play' the page I am working on no video appears. A similar issue occurs when trying to add audio files with the audio not working.

The college that I work at also has an in-house video streaming service. The embed code provided by this service does work in Xerte but the video is positioned at the very top of the Xerte window. Is there any way of controlling where on the page the video is located?
