[Xerte] Xerte files and html

Hi,,i have a question ...I have a project done in Xerte file (.rlo) .. I would like put it in a web page(first in my localhost) ... how can i do that? .. The file (.rlo) must be turned on a file (.html)?.I don't know how to do.thanks
