Worth kicking around some ideas. Your audience are young kids, right?
You want to let them listen to the sound, and then select what they heard. OK. I get it now.
It might be nice if you let something accumulate as they get answers correct: I have two girls and the sort of thing they would respond to would be, maybe, a princess letting her hair down as each question is answered, and if they get enough answers right, her hair is long enough for the handsome prince to climb up and rescue her! You can probably think of other examples - get the monkey to the top of the tree, etc. That would be something you could re-use in a load of games / activities.

I'm just trying to find cute and different ways of varying practise of new words for low level language learners.

Students click on speakers to hear sounds and get choice of answers. (Strange I just noticed that the child mc in the dropdown which I coded from the timeline using onRelease = function () isn't working in this framework).
