Big thanks to all respondees.

It reassures me that it works well in so many instances but it thoroughly confuses me as to why in certain instances (like Dave and Deborah) it does something similar to my version.

Maybe I'll just put a note with it pretending its an Easter Egg (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Easter_egg_(media)) and get credit for cleverness ....

Really appreciate the prompt weekend responses!

The issue only appears in FF3.6.22/Flash10.3.183.7
And it straightens itself out ass soon as you click any bar on the accordion...

In Google Chrome it was fine on first viewing but when I left the page and returned to it the accordion had jumped up as in your image.  Same thing in IE8.  In Firefox the accordion is in the right position but the 2nd to 4th tabs are in the middle, as in attached pic.
