[Xerte] question re inserting quiz.rlm into desktop xerte

Using the latest desktop xerte - I insert the quiz.rlm model from the
'insert model' menu item, but the flowline sails right past it.

 

Do I need to initialize it somehow? Or add questions? What am I missing?
