Tell them we don't think it's in Xerte, because if it was then *nothing* would upload.
This issue is only affecting .flv's, and it doesn't matter what the extension is changed to, so something somewhere is recognizing the .flv header and blocking/denying it.

Andrew, looks like first thing to do is talk to PP and have them ascertain that .flv is a valid MIME type on the server.
Can't see it being a permissions thing, because we can upload other file types no problem...
