[Xerte] Re: problem loading FLV file on video template page in XOT - a bit urgent!

Thanks Pat - the trouble is, the flv file movie does not even appear in media and quota - it seems to be loading on the editing page but then it does not display - it also does not show on media and quota - hence, was wondering if this is an issue with my hosting company, pale purple.

Many thanks to all for your responses today - hopefully can resolve this since have to go live with this project on Monday with a university in Japan.

Should I ask Pale Purple to reinstall/update XOT?

the video gives a 404 response?

If you go to properties | media and quota

then click on the video that doesn't load

the URL for the video should appear in the text box

Highlight that text, copy and paste the text into a new window

does it load
