I think this is still be worked on and not yet fully implemented.

Already looked around, but till now, the answer has not been found.

 

The whole Xerte online toolkit is in the English language. There is a folder with several language files, like dutch and german. How can I activate these files. I guess that's the way to make a project "look" dutch or german.
