[Xerte] FW: xerte error message

Hi

 

Our IT guys have been trying to do a local install of Xamp and XOT when
they try to run the toolkits they keep getting this message, they have
the latest version of the toolkits and are installing on a Windows 7
build.  Has anyone any ideas on what is going wrong?

 

Its running fine on my Win 7 PC.
