[Xerte] Embed Page

Hit an issue I'm not sure about:

User has survey money quiz, and some embed code for it. Using the embed page, the embed code fails.

If I make a dummy.htm file and paste the embed code in there, and then open that in a IE I get the security bar which I have to agree to, before the content (correctly) opens. In FF it just runs.

I don't see the security bar in the toolkits piece.

Any bright ideas?
