[Xerte] XOT "Upload a new Template" button not working

management.php/Central Template, the upload button seems not working for me.
I installed XOT with xampp but with the full install process.
To test the uplaod button, I zipped an original xerte template folder to
upload, when click "Upload', nothing happening.
Need help,  Thanks!
