Hi Patrick,

Lets start with the obvious questions..  

- Yes I have uploaded the images :-)
- The contents of USER-FILES are folders labelled as usernames.
- As for the rights, I'm sure I have followed the exact instructions.

I noticed under management.php there is a section that says "The flash
upload path is" which is set to "upload.php?path=" is that correct? And
is there a connection between flash and uploading graphics...

But that is only in your opinion.

It sounds like the upload path isn't working properly, or the rights
aren't
set.
