when i export, am I exporting all the data? i don't know how to explain, well, i used for example a video, after i changed it for another one, does xerte export the zip with all the photos, videos, swf i used anytime?

But that is only in your opinion. 

It sounds like the upload path isn't working properly, or the rights aren't set.
