[Xerte] XOT, Moodle and IE7

Activities I've made with XOT 1.5 (but not downloadable Xerte) don't
seem to show up in Internet Explorer 7 when embedded as links in
Moodle. Unfortunately, we are still using IE7 and Windows XP at work.

Apart from waiting until we upgrade, does anyone have a solution? I
could put the Xerte activities in frames or pop-ups, but this is not
ideal.
