I'm not sure exactly where/how to do that. :-(
However I did test a few older syndicate.php files on my localhost version
and the attached from a much older install works in all 3 browsers.
Not sure what the differences are, of if that breaks anything else?

We did as a fix as the export and scorm links as dc:relation nodes a while
back.
The RSS feed validator says these pages have the issue.
The only fix is to cdata those nodes - but as I don't have an install
to play with thats my only suggestion (and it won't hurt to add it
anyways).
