[Xerte] Error on starting Xerte project

Hi,

When I start Xerte the program ask if I want to make a new folder. When 
I say 'yes' and then this error appears:


Then I select 'No' and this error appears:


Note: The engine is recompiled with CS4 but I assume the engine is not 
in play yet.
Note: Sometimes the error appears and sometimes it doesn't.

Does anyone know what I can do to avoid this error?
