[Xerte] Re: PDF guide on the WIKI appears not to be working

I have now replaced the guide to installing and using page wizards on the
Xerte wiki, to fix the broken link.

The original pdf file has been replaced with a zipped version of the pdf
file as pdf files are no longer an acceptable upload format to the wiki.
