Ah - don't run a local SVN - export the SVN instead (the .svn folders will be the problem)

Indeed I do....

I installed fiddler, and turned on error loggin in Xerte.

These are the Xerte Errors when I create a new Leraning object from a template:

root_file_path in the sitedetails table is set and correct.

USER-FILES is wide open (777)

All files are owned by the webserver user

I take it that the LDAP user rights do not play a role? i.e. I see that

the owner of the created USER-FILES is the webserver owner.

I don't follow what mimetypes have to do with this.

I am trying to start a new learning object, based on one of the

pre-installed templates (Nottingham in this particular case)

Besides, the released XOT is also on this machine and seems to function ok.

      1. When pressing the Create button, the Workspace is not updated Have

to refresh first

      2. The thing is incomplete, I can edit, but I cannot add pages. When I

look at the USER-FILES area, the folder is incomplete. Only a media folder.
