[Xerte] Hiring

Hi,

We are building a huge formative action on Xerte and we are thinking to
hire someone for making animations (which describes in animation what we
say in text) on flash to attach in this Xerte learning objectives.

We also this new guy to make a new theme for us, and now the question
is, what kind of skills do you think we have to ask?

I suppose advanced Flash (version??) and Action Script (version???), but
something more?
