OK changed the file so they both have the same data, makes no difference
still get a page full of:
The sitedetails site ID query insert into sitedetails(site_id) VALUES
( "1") has failed due to Access denied for user

The sitedetails site url query update sitedetails set
site_url="http://148.197.10.63/xertetoolkit/" where site_id="1" has

The sitedetails apache query update sitedetails set apache="false" where
site_id="1" has failed due to Access denied for user
