[Xerte] xerte setup mysql database

I have now created a user called xerteadmin with password and privileges
select, insert, update, delete, index, create, drop, alter, reference.
The file /srv/www/htdocs/xertetoolkit/database.php has the following:
 -rw--r--r wwwrun www
it has been populated with data
The file /srv/www/htdocs/xertetoolkit/setupdatabase.txt has the
following:
-rwxrwxrwx root root
the data in this file differs from database.php
can I now move onto the next setup page?
