[Xerte] Edit Workspaces

Im having an issue where after creating a new project it doesn't
automatically appear in the workspace, then after a refresh and i click
on the project and click edit, it tries to load the page but then
displays the "This page cannot be displayed"

The weird thing is it tries to load the page from "localhost" and not
the server i am using the page from.
