My email address is subscribed and the post was relatively short.

Please ignore my confusion in the second post above, I realised afterwards that my mail list was still listing "sent mail" which was why my posting appeared in my list as soon as I sent it.

The normal situation for me is that if I post to the Xerte list then my only confirmation that it has been received is when someone replies to it, as the reply shows up in my inbox.

Hello Xerte Team,

How long does it take for a new posting to be stored in the Xerte Achive?

I made a couple of postings to the list on the 25th and 26th of February 2011, but though they show in my Sent Mail folder I have seen no sign of them on the list since. They have not been replied to - which is so untypical of this list, and they are not in the archives, so I am just wondering if they got lost in the ether net and I need to resend them :-)
