Stream=0 does as expected.

Sits there until the entire sound is loaded then plays.
Unfortunately the delay on some pages is a bit long due to .mp3 size (V/O's)

play = 1

If I have stream set to 1, when I run off the server the audio starts as normal, then when (I guess) it's all loaded, the audio restarts at the beginning.
