Upload the file using properties -> media and quota, lcikc it to get it's path and use that path to create the link
<a href="your path here.xls">Spreadsheet</a>
Assuming you are using toolkits.

Subject: [Xerte] linking to hyperlinks
Hi There,
This has probably been answered already but how do you link documents in Xerte? For example, clicking on a particular hyperlink which will open a Word, Excel or PowerPoint document.
Many thanks,
Matt Ewens
Do you have a potential case study you think could make a good example for other providers? Please contact me to discuss the potential and the chance to have a published study on the Excellence Gateway website.
