I still lean towards an authentication problem

So no authentication, no sessionID.

And the last line is the zip failure

>PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function gzcompress()
gzcompress is the zip function

Don't know if that requires a session_id to get defined.

    Hi Stuart, here's some error messages for you to pass on.  These are the
accumulated errors from your export request a few minutes ago.

The favicon.ico references are irrelevant.

The ones which mention the missing RoundCorner files happen because I
think the references to them are not case sensitive ie. they are
referencing RoundCornerbL.gif when the file is actually called
RoundCornerBL.gif.

The PHP Notice ones are the more interesting here. They suggest that either
our setup is not configured properly or the code is buggy.

It might be relevant that we're not using LDAP but instead using the
very basic authentication included in the top index.php.
