Unsure what the problem is. We still use Flash 8 for AS2 stuff. Using FlashDevelop for more hardcore AS3.0 development, Xerte 3.0 for content development.

Subject: [Xerte] Adobe Flash CS4 professional question
L.S.,
I use Adobe Flash CS4 to look at, and customize parts of Xerte.
Specifically the XMLEngine.
I have 2 PC's running Flash, one with 10.0 and one with 10.0.2 (don't
know if that's the cause of the problem). But with the PC with 10.0.2.
on it I can't work, edit the XMLEngine.fla, i.e. if I press F9 to open
the actions code, I get a message in the status bar that Flash is
'Checking syntax...' and then nothing. Just the wait cursor. I have to
kill flash to be able to anything else with it. Both PC's are running
Windows 7 64 bit.
Have you seen anything like that?
Regards,
Tom
