[Xerte] youtube video size fix, sort of, in toolkits

Hello Tom:

 

I've added the setSize command into the youtube.rlm - thanks for that
suggestion. 

 

It still opens large then flashes back to preview size when it hits this
code. which is obviously not in the right place, but at least it just looks
like a small glitch now and not a major gaffe.

 

Still digging through the desktop version code, pasting this snippet into
the desktop rlm doesn't fix the video oversize issue.
