It is a first step in localization in Xerte, in this specific case of
the xmlEngine.swf (the actual player that is used to play or preview a
Xerte LO)
In XOT, there are no real easy features yet to influence this, but with
a correct template, the labels of the navigation buttons, and the labels
used in the comboboxes are displayed in a different language.
