[Xerte] Re: security

No Moodle 1.9.2,  and yes more than one person can access the area where the learning objects are created/stored. A colleague is working on one that I created and set off for her and without sharing it she can access and edit it? Am I doing something wrong? The techie bits I will have to pass onto to our IT Support staff as I don't have access to the network/servers. We don't have guest log in just our network login?
