If the moodlepatch is being used that definitely won't allow everyone to see
the same workspace unless they are logging into moodle with the same account
e.g. guest account. It sounds more like XOT has been installed and then
demo.txt used as the default page?

So you're using XOT with the moodle patch and when you have a link to
http://yourinstall/toolkits - other people can see your projects? On
different computers? At the same time?

As I am the person using Xerte here in college I have a 'favourites tab'
link directly to the xertetoolkits link  on the Moodle server. I have
recently delivered training to another member of staff who also has the same
saved link as I do. We realised that anyone can actually just look at this
link and access the same area including all the learning objects I am
creating which is slightly worrying. Does anyone have any security added to
their weblinks to avoid staff/students accessing the learning objects and
potentially editing/deleting them that they could share with me?
