[Xerte] Xerte: "ERROR: Insufficient Editing Privileges" solution

I posted the other day asking about an "ERROR: Insufficient Editing
Privileges" message and a related 'this text will be replaced by the Flash
player' (or similar) message a user of toolkits v1.5 was getting. 

 

Updating the flash player on the users machine corrected this.
