If the flash player supports it, it should be ok. 

Adobe might opt to depreciate it, but seems unlikely.

I've only just discovered that you can use the HTML font tag (with
color, face and size attributes) in XOT text boxes. Forgive me if this
is a daft question, but as the tag is deprecated in HTML, is it
something that could cause problems in Xerte now or later?
