[Xerte] xpert attribution tool - A problem has occurred accessing the picture

Is there a problem with the attribution tool at the moment? 

Seems like no matter what image I select and in both IE and Firefox I get "
A problem has occurred accessing the picture" but the view on flickr links
work.
