What version of Camtasia Studio have you got? It appears to have come on a bit...

We talking Camstudio or Camtasia Studio 7?
What I'm looking at isn't particularly 'wash n go'.
Might be OK for basic 'capture and publish' scenarios, but I can use Jing for that. What I'm wondering is whether teachings staff will rise to the opportunity presented by all the new features, and efficiently produce compelling, engaging interactive videos to support their teaching...
...or not.

Yep, it's been used over here very sporadically for some years - see
http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/nmp/sonet/rlos/ebp/rctsearch/5.html as an
example of it in action, a movie produced some years back by one of our
teachers. IMO it's wash 'n' go and usable by all bar the most
technophobic, easier than Adobe Captivate for naive users.
