It's this: you have to escape the % with a %:
ffmpeg.exe -i pelvis.mov -r 1 -y -s 320x240 -f image2 img%%3d.jpg

I'm trying to get ffmpeg to do it, but can't quite get the command right. I can get one image.
Anyone good with ffmpeg? What's wrong with this:
ffmpeg.exe -i pelvis.mov -r 1 -y -sameq -t 1 -f image2 %3d.jpg

I've got a vague recollection that QuickTime Pro has export to stills but I no longer have that installed so can't be sure.

I have some QuickTime VR movies: they are 3D models of parts of the skeleton. In QuickTime, they allow the user to spin the model around.
I can convert the file to .flv for use in Xerte, but the playback is a bit choppy, and only goes forwards.
What I'd like to do is get the individual frames out of the movie, and then build my own interaction allowing the user to ape the QuickTime controls to spin the model, moving from frame to frame in a swf.
So how can I get a sequence of images out of the .mov?
