Hey Patrick, no problem and thanks for your answer.
I think enabling multilanguage support at "wiki.xerte.net" would not be a big deal.
Take a look to this page:
http://wikieducator.org/Main_Page
At the bottom left, you will see a small box which says "In other languages". Those are links to translations of english contents to other languages.
Wikieducator uses "sub-domains" for each language. I our case could be:
- http://es.wiki.xerte.net/ (spanish Xerte's wiki)
- http://it.wiki.xerte.net/ (italian Xerte's wiki)
- ... and so on.
I think this improvement will do a wide visibility to the XERTE's project and will enable it to be used not only by english speakers.
By the other hand, we are interested in publish a sandbox of XOT to our faculties but we need to translate it to spanish in January 2011.
Our university (Universidad Simón Bolívar, located in Caracas, Venezuela, South America. www.usb.ve) can help a lot with both goals.
