[Xerte] Update to Xerte Page Wizards

Following discussions on the mailing list regarding problems with text
failing to scroll in a couple of the page wizards, I have now issued an
update to the page wizards file. This update addresses the following issues.

Annotated Diagram - fixes failure to scroll text if text exceeds available
space.

Drag Drop Label - fixes failure to scroll text if text exceeds available
space.
Fixes dragged label becoming hidden behind text rectangle.
Adds selectable highlight colour and individual, user definable,feedback
text for each label, when incorrectly dragged (formerly just "Try again" was
displayed.
