[Xerte] Xerte Online Toolkits URL reference

Something we've noticed here with toolkits is that it only likes the full
url path being referenced. E.g. if it's installed to
subdomain.address.com/toolkits, then it won't run properly if our local
machines have host files with subdomain =  subdomain.address.com, i.e.
http://subdomain/toolkits will load and login but will not run any of the
editing features etc. Our other php packages/tools are quite happy with
using substituted host names (http://subdomain/tool) on our local machines.
But it's a pain in workflow here if we have to test by remembering to
manually enter the full URL just for toolkits.
