[Xerte] Flash Paper

All the page wizards (save for the odd ones that are not represented in the page templates project wide template) are based on the original model files used by the page templates project wide template. 

Given the questionable availability of the flashPaper software and the availability of the Print2Flash software I can see the value in having a page type for Print2Flash.

If the Xerte team are in a position to invest time in creating a page type for the page templates project wide template, that will handle Print2Flash files, I will endeavour to use that page's model as the foundation for a new Page Wizard (xcp file) that will support the use of Print2Flash generated .swf documents.
