[Xerte] Xerte 3 Beta

I just drew North Korea in the office sweepstake.

 

If you're following Xerte 3 developments there is a new version for your
delectation at
http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/xerte/downloads/xerte3beta.exe

 

Some pretty significant UI changes which I think are major improvements.
The properties panel still undocks, it just makes more sense to start
out docked I reckon. Eventually I'll get around to the other windows and
get them docking / undocking as well.
