[Xerte] Xerte3: Windows Air Native Installer

To execute programs using Flex/Air you need to use the ExtendedDesktop profile. This profile is only available if you use a so called native installer (.exe for Windows, .dmg for Mac).
I also added some new features:
- there is new option called settings where you choose the path to the flex sdk and to ffmpeg. This frees us from bundling these software with xerte and gives the user a convenient way to choose where he/she have them installed.
- I also added the functionality for xerte to remember the last projects and to open them using "Open recent".

Both things are stored in a file called "settings.xml". We could also use the file to store the latest layout status, etc.
