I managed to create a rudimentary AIR version of Xerte, which works on
Mac and Windows. The weakest point is the communication from the child
(the Xerte parser) to the parent (the Editor). There are so called
parentSandboxBridges you can use, but I couldn't get it to work. I asked
a question in the flex forum, but no answer yet. Documentation is a
little weak.
