[Xerte] Mac Xerte3 New project window

On the Mac you need to use BrowseFileToSave in Zinc rather than
BrowseFile. I've fixed that now, so you ought to be able t move on a
step...

Hi Julian, not sure if you need this information but I think you have
been asking about where to save a new project. Well it seems to me that
the Mac Xerte3 new project window is incomplete, following is what it
