I'm having some success with redoing the setup script icon. It's working
on localhost. I had it working after retyping everything except the
HTMLentities array, and since it was long, took a chance on copy/pasting
it. Bad choice -- that broke it again. I'm now adding just the entities
I use during the course, and so far, so good. Not done adding them all,
and still need to test on the live server, but the problem seems to be a
discombobulated setup script icon ...
