[Xerte] Xerte 3: Stylesheets thing fixed

Right, I'm going to roll it back to Zinc 3.0.20 and wait for them to fix
it properly, as it seems there is a problem using relative paths in
several places... I would bet that if we put absolute paths in there
things would work, but I don't want to do that for some good reasons.
Let's wait for the root cause of the problem to get fixed. Loads of
people on the Zinc forums are banging their drums as well, so I expect
it will be taken care of soon, there's a zinc update pretty regularly,

The stylesheet loads fine. Not sure about the speed of the application.
Loading the piece was always quite fast, only the preview was slow, but
this was also getting better since I switched to XP instead of 7.
What does not work in the new version is the templateDataSource
(prevents my file from loading) and my customButtonIcons are not visible
any more.
