[Xerte] Xerte 2:n Page Wizards - New release of page wizards

Hello Everyone,

The last release of page wizards introduced a new Practice Page.

This release significantly re-works that page to provide the following
benefits

   1. You can now define sub groups - this replaces the difficulty level
   used in the earlier version.
   2. Students can select which sub groups they wish to practice items from
   - this offers much finer selection of practice items than was previously
   possible.
   3. Hints are not displayed immediately, allowing the student to try
   without the hint and then reveal the hint if they find they need it.
   4. Construction of practice cards (the time taken between the completion
   of the student selection screens and the display of the first practice
   prompt card) has been reduced by 50%, improving the user experience.
