[Xerte] ANN: Forum

Hi mark,

There is so much good stuff going on this list that I just cannot save. If
we were all on the new FORUM, life for us newbies it would be so much
easier. WE DONT VWANT TO OVER LOAD YOU GUYS WITH SIMPLE PROBLEM. In time the
forum would become like the Moodle Forum/ help files  a real power for all
users alike. So this is a plea from a new Xerte user to the
creators......... lets make the new forum work.......Please, Please, Please

In response to wishes expressed on this list I have set up a new Xerte forum
for the community's use.

This is intended to complement this list and by no means replace it.  The
idea is that threads would be more obvious and searching for common issues
easier.  Common problems will effectively become archived in an easier to
search environment and hopefully reduce the number of repeat requests for
common issues.

 

If the community likes it, it will stay, if not, I'll kill it.

 

I set up a number of categories so far with sub forums.   Suggestions for
improving the structure are welcome.
